For single folks or couples, queer families or straight, IUI in home or in clinic with a compassionate, affirming physician as your guide can increase your chances of pregnancy. Whether you are just starting your journey or have been trying to expand and are looking for more support, Dr. Marchant is available for consultation to guide, to incorporate osteopathic treatment to assist your body, mind and spirit to receive pregnancy and to integrate medications as needed to improve your chance of success conceiving through IUI.

Preconception Consultation
$300

- Share your story and complete medical history, including fertility journey, to refine conception plan
- Bloodwork, as needed for small fee
- Medication prescription, as needed
- Imaging orders, as needed
- If osteopathy is determined to be helpful, initial consult waived and treatment initiated for follow up fee ($150)
- Unlimited text or email support for one month after initiating care
- $100 off enrollment fee with decision to become direct primary care members
Insemination
IUI, ICI or IVI as determined in initial consultation
IUI - $300
2nd or 3rd IUI in same cycle - $200
Home visit fee - $50
Sperm washing - $200
50% off for direct primary care members

- On call for IUI to be timed within 24hours of expected ovulation, based on cycle tracking and desired attempts per cycle
