How does it work?
Contact us to arrange enrollment for your employees. Employers with 5+ employees receive a discounted rate for Direct Primary Care memberships for employees and their families. We still recommend high deductible insurance, traditional insurance, self-insurance, or a cost sharing plan in addition to the DPC membership. Insurance will still be necessary for emergency, specialist, and hospital care. When you pair DPC with a major medical plan it meets the Federal requirements for the ACA.
